Turn on visibility of the frame again and your stamp is finished! Save your Photoshop file so you can go back and edit it in the future.

Now that the stamp’s finished you can flatten it to get rid of the layers. Choose Layers > Flatten Image. Save it again as a JPEG file by choosing File > Save a Copy.

Now’s a good time to reduce the image closer to the size of a real postage stamp. Choose Image > Image Size and enter the dimensions you want. I reduced mine to 1.25" x 2.00".
